At Easy Trim, patient satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. All payments made for consultations, medical evaluations, or wellness programs are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Refunds are not available for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds for prepaid services that have not yet been used will be issued upon written request and are typically processed within 3–5 business days to the original form of payment.
